Degree CrossFit Seaforth is owned and operated by by CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, CrossFit Weightlifting Trainer, CrossFit Gymnastics Trainer- Kaleda Connell, located in Seaforth, Ontario. We are dedicated to helping new athletes find their fitness passion, and existing athletes push their limits. The program focuses on functional movement with Olympic lifting, gymnastics, some cardio, and we'll throw in a burpee or two here and there. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, we want to help you make the most of it, and push you further- Any one can start and they can start anywhere.
