Wow, cannot say enough about the service! From the time of our service phone call to the time of new furnace insulation was less than 4 hours. I'm not familiar with this project. If you could please advise your mother-in-laws name, so I can look up the account to review what was repaired. Also, if there is a repair required for a significant amount, we always advise the cost (or estimated cost) of the part for approval, prior to proceeding with the repair.
